PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matte finish heat-shrinkable laminated film which shows superb heat shrinkability, matte finish feeling after shrinkage and wear resistance. SOLUTION: This laminated film has a polypropylene resin matte layer (B) with a three-dimensional surface average roughness of not less than 0.15μm laminated at least on one surface of a polypropylene resin layer (A).
