PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe pile cutting guide holder for assisting cutting away the unnecessary portion of a steel pipe pile head easily with desired horizontal accuracy and smoothness. SOLUTION: The guide holder for guiding a torch head H of a gas burner at the time of cutting the pile head of the steel pipe pile W is equipped with a moving table 2 on which the torch head H is placed, a diametral direction position adjusting mechanism 3 which adjusts the position in the diametral direction of a table body 2a of the moving table 3, a supporting and moving mechanism 4 which moves the moving table 2 around the steel pipe pile W while supporting the table and a fixing mechanism 6 fixes the supporting and moving mechanism 4 to the steel pipe pile W.
