PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aspirator for a vehicle air conditioner realizing the enhancement of suction efficiency of air in an aspirator with high suction, pressure reduction and air extraction performance and air in a vehicle and the enhancement of responsibility of the vehicle air conditioner. SOLUTION: The aspirator 1 has a cylindrical passage part 4 provided so as to surround a distal end of a nozzle 8 for delivering secondary air; a primary air flow passage 3 communicated with an outer periphery of the cylindrical passage part 4; and a diffuser 5 communicated with a distal end opening part of the cylindrical passage part 4. The axis of the primary air flow passage 3 is made eccentric to the axis of the cylindrical passage 4 to make a primary air flow in the cylindrical passage part 4 to a rotation flow.
