PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification device permitting performing the blood collection operation safely and at a low cost with helping hands as few as possible. SOLUTION: The blood purification device consists of a blood supply channel 12 and a blood return channel 14. First introducing means 34 and 36 for introducing physiological saline solution into the blood supply channel 12, a first open/close means 38 for permitting/inhibiting introduction of the physiological saline solution into the blood supply channel 12, and second and third open/close means 46 for opening/closing an air intake 44 and the blood supply channel 12 are mounted on the blood supply channel 12. Second introducing means 50 and 52 for introducing the physiological saline solution into the blood return channel 14, and a fourth open/close means 54 for permitting/inhibiting introduction of the physiological saline solution into the blood return channel 14 are mounted on the blood return channel 14.
