PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair braiding tool for easily braiding hair into various hair styles without requiring skill. SOLUTION: Two plastic plates 2 and 2 are superposed, connected at the center so as to be opened and closed with the longitudinal direction as an axis, and formed into a double structure of butterfly shape. Both ends of the two superposed plastic plates 2 and 2 are formed into a structure in which protruded portions 5 and recessed portions 6 are detachably fitted, respectively, and hair tufts 9 are held between respective sides 2a and 2a, and 2b and 2b of the two plastic plates 2 and 2 to be tightened by the fitting structure.
