PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball withdrawing device which can raise the potency of blocking a tampering to the device without worsening the workability of the ball withdrawing work done by the staffs of a game parlor. SOLUTION: In the pinball game machine, a ball put-out mechanism for the processing of putting out game balls and a ball withdrawing mechanism which enables the operation of withdrawing the game balls stored in a ball put-out mechanism by inserting an operating member into a ball withdrawing hole provided on the front side of a front frame are arranged behind the front frame 2 holding a game board. In the ball withdrawing device, the ball withdrawing mechanism transmits a rotary drive force to an operation link member 120 by turning the operating member inserted into the ball withdrawing hole within a plane orthogonal to the direction where an operation hole extends, thereby causing an open/close valve member 110 to open or close a part of a path wall.
