The present invention relates to a backlighting assembly used for Liquid Crystal Display device. The both sides of the reflective board (2) are bent upward to cover the Tight generating unit (4) in order to perform the function of shade. By covering a metal silica gel sheath which may insulate the electromagnetic disturbance and/or coating or covering a metal which can insulate the electromagnetic disturbance on the either surface of the reflective board (2), the problem of electromagnetic disturbance was overcomed.
