<p>A method which comprises: the step of preparing a cell mass induced from a fetal cortex tissue, embryonic stem cells or nerve stem cells; the step of transferring an expression vector, which has a promoter selected from among NEX(Math2), NeuroD, NeuroD-related-factor, Neurogenin 1, Neurogenin 2, Svet 1, Otx1 and Tbr2 and a gene for confirming the expression of this molecule attached to the downstream of the promoter, into individual cells in the cell mass; the step of isolating cortex glutamatergic neurons and cortex glutamatergic neuron precursors with the use of the expression of the function of the expression vector as an indication; and the step of isolating the cortex glutamatergic neuron precursors with the use of the proliferation ability as an indication. According to this method, it is possible to obtain cortex glutamatergic neuron precursors for treating dysfunction caused by cortex injury, etc.</p> |
