<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cell used for transplantation of an insulin-producing cell for treating diabetic patients, to provide a method for readily and inexpensively differentiating and inducing a pancreatic stem cell used therefor to the insulin-producing cell which is a kind of pancreatic endocrine cell, and to provide a substrate for differentiation and induction of the pancreatic stem cell. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a pancreatic endocrine cell comprises culturing the pancreatic stem cell on the surface of the substrate having positive charge in neutral pH and differentiating and inducing the pancreatic stem cell to the pancreatic endocrine cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
