CONDUCTIVE POLYMER AND SOLID ELECTROLITIC CAPACITOR USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer having heightened conductivity and voltage resistance when insulated; and to provide a solid electrolitic capacitor having lowered ESR (equivalent series resistance) and excellent voltage-resisting characteristics by using the polymer as a solid electrolyte layer of the solid electrolitic capacitor. SOLUTION: The conductive polymer having excellent conductivity and high voltage resistance of the insulated product is obtained by compounding a conductive polymer with an ionic polymer. The low ESR and the high voltage resistance are achieved by using the conductive polymer as the solid electrolyte layer of the solid electrolitic capacitor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
