<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to support data transmission for making an application using an IC tag. <P>SOLUTION: Data for applying for application and user registration on the Internet is recorded on an IC tag to be attached to an IC tag 200 and distributed. Communication terminal equipment 1 reads the data by a reader part 102, and automatically performs access to a site designated by URL in the data, and makes a display part 107 display the application form transmitted from the site. A serial code in data read from the IC tag 200 is automatically inputted to an area for serial code input arranged on the form.
