<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene-introducing vector containing a new compound as an active ingredient, and to provide a method for introducing the gene into a cell therewith. <P>SOLUTION: A compound comprising a lipid structure portion and a peptide comprising ≤20 residues continuously containing ≥4 arginine residues, and a nano particle, liposome, or micelle containing the compound as an active ingredient are provided. The gene-introducing vector contains the compound, the nanoparticle, the liposome, or the micelle as a constituent. The method for transducing the gene into a cell with the gene-introducing vector is provided.
