<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system enabling an objective evaluation of real job capabilities and improvement in skills. <P>SOLUTION: An interview cafe system is provided for conducting an interview to evaluate the job capabilities of an interview applicant at the interview cafe and for improving the job capabilities of the interview applicant. The system comprises a reception management section A for receiving interview applicants, an information database section B for storing and accumulating personal information and job capabilities of the interview applicants, and a job capability analysis section C for analyzing the job capabilities.
