<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery ticket sale management system for allowing the purchaser of a lottery ticket to purchase the lottery ticket of a desired lottery ticket office without going out to the office. <P>SOLUTION: A lottery ticket sale management device receives ticket office identification information of a ticket office which the purchaser desires as the purchase destination of the lottery ticket, lottery ticket specifying information of the lottery ticket desired by the purchaser to purchase, and delivery destination information of a delivery destination desired by the purchaser. A lottery ticket management data storage means stores the delivery destination information in response to the received ticket office identification information and lottery ticket specifying information.
