PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of using one wireless resource so as to enable the transmission of information to a plurality of opposite parties with high reliability at the same time. SOLUTION: A transmission information buildup section 104 of a wireless camera apparatus 100 divides image information and gives a sequence number to the divided information, and transmits the divided information a plurality of times through slots designated by notice information, respectively. A control section 210 of a wireless monitor apparatus 200 receives the notice information, establishes the synchronization of the TDMA and frequency hopping with the wireless camera apparatus 100, receives the image information through the slot designated by the notice information, aborts the image information received in duplicate on the basis of the sequence number and displays the result as its control.
