PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote heat transferring performance of various heat exchanger as much as possible. SOLUTION: An extremely-fine porous layer of nano-level is formed on heat transfer faces of specific heat transfer members 2, 11 of specific heat exchangers 1, 10. According to this constitution, a smooth surface condition similar as that of a case when any treatment is not performed, can be realized on the heat transfer faces of the heat transfer members, and the heat transferring performance can be improved without increasing draft resistance at all.
