PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate washing of an adsorption heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A first heat exchange chamber 41 and a second heat exchange chamber 42 having adsorption heat exchangers 61 and 62 carrying an adsorbent in a surface thereof are provided adjacent to each other through a partition plate 36 inside a casing 11. In both the heat exchange chambers 41 and 42, a pan 70 for receiving washing liquid is arranged under both the heat exchangers 61 and 62, riding over both the heat exchange chambers 41 and 42. The pan 70 is partitioned into a first heat exchange chamber 41 side and a second heat exchange chamber 42 side by the partition plate 36. With this structure, since the washing liquid washed each of the adsorption heat exchangers 61 and 62 is stored in the pan 70, the adsorption heat exchangers 61 and 62 can be washed in the condition that they are housed in the casing 11.
