PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor operating states and performance (inputting and air conditioning capacities and the like) of an air conditioner by using a monitoring device without mounting a new measuring device such as a special sensor. SOLUTION: A fuel flow rate of an engine or the electric power and the like is output to an input estimating means as an operation state quantity, and the input estimating means receiving an output signal estimates the input of the engine or an electric motor on the basis of a characteristic value of the engine or the electric motor stored in a database. A controller receiving an input estimation value from the input estimating means and a capacity estimation value from a capacity estimating means, operates the operating state and the performance of the air conditioner on the basis of an air conditioning control command value, and diagrammatically shows the same on a display.
