PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spot air conditioning system capable of inhibiting the impairing of comfort of a person under air conditioning, and reducing the energy consumption necessary for air conditioning. SOLUTION: In this spot air conditioning system comprising a cooling coil 5 for conditioning a temperature of the air, an air supply duct 2 for supplying the conditioned air of which a temperature is conditioned by the cooling coil 5 to working areas A, B, a blower 6 for distributing the conditioned air to each of working areas, an indication conditioning meter 11 for controlling the conditioning of the temperature of air by the cooling coil 5, and an inverter 13 for controlling the operation output of the blower 6, the temperature of the air conditioned by the cooling coil 5 and the operation output of the blower 6 are periodically changed by the indication conditioning meter 11, a pulsation controller 12 and the inverter 13.
