SURFACE-MODIFIED PLASTIC FILM AND ANTI-FOGGING FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic film to which a chosen functionality such as anti-fogging, stain resistance and water repellency is provided by sticking a resin composition given with the chosen functionality such as anti-fogging partially to the surface in the state that the resin composition forms a structure of a small range close to the magnitude of nanometer. SOLUTION: This surface-modified plastic film has a surface layer which is obtained by sticking a resin composition containing a resin for providing a functionality on at least one side of an insulating film as a fine fibril and/or particular body. Preferably, the resin composition contains an inorganic particle and the fine fibril body has a diameter of 100μm to 1 nm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
