PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of a reducing substance, a test piece for reducing substance measurement and a test liquid for the reducing substance measurement capable of measuring quickly and simply the reducing substance such as sulfurous acid or its salt, and handleable without special permission. SOLUTION: This measuring method of the reducing substance is characterized by using a detection reagent including Methyl Green. This test piece for the reducing substance measurement is characterized by including Methyl Green as the detection reagent.
