PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast pile burying construction method for improving in the aspect of an environment, by effectively using excavation earth. SOLUTION: Excavation is performed up to the predetermined depth by relatively rotating a casing 6 and an auger screw 7 on its inside. The excavation earth A is removed outside the casing 6 by pulling up the auger screw 7 of stopping rotation. Rich-mix cement milk is injected into a casing tip part from the tip of the auger screw 7 by inserting the auger screw 7 again, and a soil cement column is formed by agitating and kneading the excavation earth remaining in the casing 6 by the auger screw 7. Soil cement is made of lean-mix cement milk by using the excavation earth A removed in the first place. When pulling up the auger screw 7, this soil cement is injected by a quantity of a non-overflowing degree when inserting a precast pile into the casing 6 from a tip part of the auger screw 7, and the casing 6 is extracted by consolidating a foundation of the tip of the precast pile by the soil cement column.
