PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of mutual members via a heat insulation member, which can firmly connect the mutual members with ease via the heat insulation member. SOLUTION: In an outer panel 1, for example, a foamed resin or a fibrous heat insulation member 4 is interposed between a panel frame 3 and a vertical furring strip 2, space holding screws 8, 8 are screwed into the vertical furring strip 2, causing the tip end parts of the screws 8, 8 to abut on the panel frame 3. Thereby, a prescribed interval is held between the panel frame 3 and the vertical furring strip 2, and a connecting screw 7 is inserted into the screw insertion hole 10 formed in the vertical furring strip 2, causing the tip end side of the screw 7 to be screwed into the panel frame 3 to connect the panel frame 3 to the vertical furring strip 2.
