PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type business office building, in which a comfortable indoor space having a high ceiling is obtained and an air-conditioning facility is installed easily and which can display the facility of a removal, the shortening of the terms of work and the reduction of a cost and particularly has an excellent transportability. SOLUTION: In the building in one-storied house as a business office such as a shop, an office or the like, the building has a plurality of laterally arranged and juxtaposed room units 2 and a plurality of the roof units 3 installed on these room units 2 respectively. Each room unit 2 has columns 4 and beams 5 assembled in a box shape and the room space of the building is formed on the inside. The folding type room units 2B with pairs of column frames 22 foldable under a superposed state on the top face of an approximately rectangular floor frame 21 are formed as the whole or a part in these room units 2. The roof units 3 have roofing materials 7 and the partial or the whole of ceilings 8 of the room units 2 just under the roofing materials 7 in frame bodies 6 as a roof truss, and air-conditioning facilities 9 are fitted in internal spaces in the whole or the greater part of the roof units.
