PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide finish flooring capable of preventing the finish flooring from being locally expanded under the influence of steam pressure by moisture from water content of an adhesive, a volatile component of a solvent or a setting bed and having the excellence in workability without being influenced on an architectural design of the surface of the finish flooring. SOLUTION: The finish flooring having 0.6 to 2.0 mm in thickness and 125 to 145 Kg/m<SP>3</SP>in density is formed of a thermoplastic resin-made finish flooring integrally laminating a nonwoven fabric having smoothness and permeability on the lowest layer.
