摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adding an alloying element with higher precision, by predictively calculating the content of the alloying element varying with the lapse of time in a molten metal at real time. SOLUTION: The method for adding the alloying element into the molten metal, which boils and vaporizes due to the heat of the molten metal and decreases with the lapse of time, comprises: predictively calculating the content of the alloying element in the molten metal at real time on the basis of at least a measured value on the content of the alloying element in the molten metal, a molten metal temperature, an amount of the molten metal and elapsed time; and controlling an amount of the alloying element to be added into the molten metal on the basis of the predictively calculated value.
