PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resealable tape which does not lose its beautiful appearance by heat-sealing, can be released smoothly from the roll of a wound tape and does not harm the package of a pouch container, and also to provide the pouch container using the resealable tape. SOLUTION: The pouch container comprises a main container in a package form and a resealable tape 20 which is heat-sealed to the opening section where the content of the main container can be taken out. The resealable tape 20 comprises an adhesive layer 21, which is constituted by a synthetic rubber-based adhesive agent of a hot-melt type and has an easy-to-peel property and resealable property, and a coating layer 22, which coats over whole circumference of the above adhesive layer and has a heat adhesive property formed by low density polyethylene. In the section of one sealing surface S2 of the coating layer 22 facing to the adhesive layer 21, one pair of longitudinally extended slit lines 23 and 23 in a specified distance apart with the depth of about 1/3 of the thickness of the coating layer 22 is formed.
