PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate drying, inflammation, chapped skin, or the like, accompanying operation of chemical peeling and to synergistically increase ameliorating effect on texture, drabness, pimple, or the like, of the skin. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation for external use comprising at least any of tranexamic acid and a tranexamic acid derivative is applied to the skin before or after operation of chemical peeling.
