PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle lock interlock device of a baby carriage enabling to arrange in a small space with a small number of components. SOLUTION: A first handle joint 50 mounted so as to swing with respect to a shaft 52 orthogonal to a horizontal part of a push rod is fixed on a hand part of a handle pipe 15a out of a pair of left and right handle pipes 15a, 15b for structuring the push rod 15. A second handle joint 51 mounted so as to swing with respect to the shaft is fixed on a hand part of the other handle pipe 15b. A lock member 53 selectively engaged with both or one of the first and second handle joints is mounted so as to swing only with respect to the shaft 52. The lock member 53 is engaged with both of the first and second handle joints to lock the handle, and the lock of the handle is released when the lock member 53 is engaged with only one of the handle joints by swing operation of the hand remote operation lever 55, pivotally fitted on the shaft, for folding and expanding operation of the baby carriage.
