PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing-out tool which has a simple configuration, and can efficiently, quickly, and safely carry out the drawing-out operation of an annular member tightly fixed on a shaft, etc. SOLUTION: Claw portions 2c, 3c are provided inside the facing tip ends of two arm members 2, 3 respectively, the arm members 2, 3 being slidably supported by two guide portions 1b, 1c of a supporting member 1 respectively. When a press member 8 having a threaded stem portion 8a screwed into a threaded through hole provided on the base portion 1a of the supporting member 1 is turned, the tip end side of the threaded stem portion 8a advances and recedes in the space between the two arm portions 2, 3. When operating portions 14, 15 of two hand levers 11, 12 rotatably coupled via a rotary axis 13 serving as a fulcrum are closed to open operation points, the two arm members 2, 3 slide outward respectively such that the distance between the two arm members 2, 3 is widened against the energizing force of coil springs 4, 6.
