PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand pail for pouring hot water in a bath tub like a shower so as to wash off soap on the body without wasting hot water pouring on the body, or for easily drawing water from a water storage container storing rainwater or the like so as to sprinkle it on pot flowers or the like. SOLUTION: The hand pail comprises a container having an opening in the upper part, a lid having holes and provided near the upper rim of the opening so as to partially close the opening, and a handle integrally formed with the container for holding the container.
