PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game toy of a concept different from that of a conventional play where a small article floating up is sunk and housed in a prescribed place when it floats up again, and to provide a visually interesting swirl game toy where the small article is moved up and down in a swirl. SOLUTION: The swirl game toy rotates a fan 4 arranged at the bottom of the water tank 2 to generates the swirl in a water tank 2 to move the small article 5 in water up and down for playing a game.
