SOLUTION: This bioinformation measuring instrument 1 is provided with a light projecting part provided in an endoscope insertable in the body cavity and emitting an intensity modulated light S1, which is emitted from a light source and has the intensity modulated by a first frequency, from the distal end of the endoscope to a subject, a light receiving part receiving a return light from the subject at the distal end of the endoscope, a detector detecting the return light received in the light receiving part, a bioinformation calculation part 24 calculating the bioinformation S6 of the subject based on a phase shift amount S5 between a modulation detecting signal S3 modulating the detection signal from the detector by a second frequency and a reference signal S4 having a difference frequency between the first frequency and the second frequency, and a position moving means moving, at least, one of an emitting position of the intensity modulated light by the light projecting part or an incident position of the return light by the light receiving part.
