PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach or detach a cutting blade-mounted frame to or from a rotating drum in an one-touch manner. SOLUTION: A chain-like food cutting apparatus designed to detachably assemble the cutting blade-mounted frame 5 inside the rotating drum 2 is provided. In this apparatus, there are furnished inside the rotating drum 2 a 1st supporting bracket 6 for supporting one end 51 of the frame 5 in its length direction and a 2nd supporting bracket for supporting the other end 52, a 1st fastening part 60 composed of an engagement projection and an engagement part engageable with the projection and designed to fasten the one end on the 1st supporting bracket 6 is provided in between the one end 51 and the 1st supporting bracket 6, while a 2nd fastening part composed of an engagement projection 72 and an engagement part engageable with the projection and designed to fasten the other end on the 2nd supporting bracket is provided in between the other end and the 2nd supporting bracket, and the engagement projection 72 is springily impelled via a coil spring 84 in the direction of being engaged on the engagement part.
