<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parametric rolling prevention device capable of certainly preventing parametric rolling of which possibility of generation is recently increased accompanying with change of a vessel model for increasing a loading amount and in which influence received by it becomes large in a container vessel or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Rolling frequency of a hull 1 is varied by moving a position of center of gravity of the hull 1 by taking out/storing a liquid (sea water) in a tank 5 installed on the hull 1.
