<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant film which shows high mechanical strength despite the high content of a desiccant, successful adhesion to sheathing film or the like and an easy regulation of moisture absorption performance as a desiccant, and a method of manufacturing the desiccant film. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the desiccant film 1 uses a desiccant-containing resin composed of a molecular sieve and a resin with not less than 10 MFR. First, the desiccant-containing resin is prepared which has the molecular sieve content selectively compounded within the range of 1 to 80 wt%, then the desiccant-containing resin and a thermoplastic resin are coextrusion-molded by an inflation process, and the desiccant film 1 is formed by laminating multi-layer desiccant film layers 2 and 3 of the desiccant-containing resin and a reinforcing film layer 4 of the thermoplastic resin.
