<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor related to a blood biochemical examination of blood plasma being an object to be inspected, having a function for removing a blood corpuscle component in the biosensor and capable of obtaining an accurate examination result even if whole blood is provided. <P>SOLUTION: In the blood biochemical examination of a blood plasma component being an object to be examined, whole blood is sucked from the suction port of the biosensor to separate a blood corposcle component from the whole blood by filter paper. The filter paper become a state impregnated with a large amount of blood. In this state, the blood amount filtered by the filter paper becomes little. When external pressure is applied to the filter paper by an outer pressure means, the blood plasma component in a state infiltrated in the filter paper is squeezed out as a filtrate to be moved to the direction of air pores.
