<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to detect a wet road by a first vehicle travelling on this road under a dark condition required to actuate lighting. <P>SOLUTION: This method includes operation to acquire a picture image of the road condition lighted up by the lighting and operation to process this picture image.
