PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic PTC thermistor which is reduced in size and weight, and shows a lower room-temperature resistance value, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the organic PTC thermistor comprises a layer forming process for forming an organic substance layer which includes a resin and a filler dispersed thereto and has concave and convex surfaces and an electrode forming process to form a pair of electrodes, provided facing each other in both sides of the organic substance layer.
