PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently immobilizing an antigen or antibody on the surface of a carrier, in a method for mixing a specimen with the carrier having the antigen or antibody corresponding to a target antibody or antigen in the specimen, and then measuring an immunologic coagulation reaction-developing state in the mixing process. SOLUTION: An antigen or antibody can efficiently be immobilized on the surface of a pigment by screening an amino acid sequence having a binding ability to a carrier, such as a pigment, from a peptide library, and then fusing a peptide having the amino acid sequence with an antigen or antibody by a genetic engineering method.
