PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a contrast medium for magnetic resonance clearly imaging under MRI and to prepare a contrast medium comprising a polymer composition containing the same. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the contrast medium for magnetic resonance comprising carbon fiber having a hollow structure containing a proton holding material in liquid state comprising an aqueous solution, or the like, containing either one or both of water and an inorganic compound or an organic compound in the hollow part, and the polymer composition containing the contrast medium for magnetic resonance in a polymeric material, and medical implements such as a stent, formed by using the polymer composition.
