PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of preventing the corrosion of a steel material in a reinforced concrete structure easily applicable at a low cost, and the like. SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of placing a reinforcing steel structure composed of reinforcing bars in a concrete molding flask, kneading alumina cement, seawater, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate to make fresh concrete in a fluid-state, filling the fresh concrete in the molding flask to embed the reinforcing structure and curing. Corroded surface area of the reinforcing bar (coverage 20 mm, 40 mm, 70 mm) of the above sample ALS is smaller than that of tap water-formulated type ordinary Portland cement concrete PCW or tap water-formulated type alumina cement concrete ALS showing higher preventing effect on corrosion of reinforcing bar.
