PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a turning shaft from being detached from a holding unit to hold a turning shaft end of a driven roller even when a body of a roller holder is deformed. SOLUTION: A driven roller holder 26 to hold a first driven roller 29 which is driven and turned in contact with a first driving roller 28 to be turned presses the first driven roller 29 against the first driving roller 28 by pressing a part in a vicinity of the center in the axial direction of the turning shaft 30 of the first driven roller 29 toward the first driving roller 28. A holding unit 26f which is arranged on both shaft ends of the turning shaft 30 to hold both shaft ends has a bottom part 26c between the first driving roller 28 and the rotary shaft 30, and detachment of the turning shaft 30 from a holding unit 28f to the first driving roller 28 side can be prevented thereby.
