PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a component other than a target component is mixed frequently when measuring using an optical measuring instrument and vitamin C or an amino acid is excreted into urine, for example, in the case of the optical rotation measurement of urea sugar (glucose in urine), and it is considered to let them pass through a filter but, since the molecular weight (180) of glucose is similar to that of the vitamine C or the amino acid, it is difficult to separate on the basis of the magnitude of a molecule. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 9 is arranged between an anode 10 and a cathode 11. For example, if an ion exhange membrane is a cathode ion exchange membrane, the entire region is separated into an acidic region 7 and an alkaline region 8 by the electrolysis of water. The vitamin C and amino acid of the alkaline region 8 become anions. The anions pass through cathode ion exchange resin and are electrophoresed to the acidic region 7.
