PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head and a liquid ejector capable of arranging nozzle openings with high density while reducing the cost. SOLUTION: On the surface of a channel-forming substrate 10 opposite to a piezoelectric element 300, a reservoir-forming substrate 20 having a reservoir 21 communicating with a pressure generation chamber 12 and supplying liquid thereto is provided. The reservoir 21 is provided in a region of the pressure generation chamber 12 on the outside of one longitudinal end part thereof, and a drive IC 100 for driving the piezoelectric element 300 is provided on the surface of the channel forming substrate 10 in the region opposing the reservoir 21 on the piezoelectric element 300 side.
