PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shock from being applied to a worker, to improve the work environment, to simplify the structure and to facilitate work. SOLUTION: The apparatus body 1 is provided with an air cylinder and the apparatus body 1 is provided with a directional switching valve connected to the air cylinder. The apparatus body 1 is provided with an exhaust air passage 11 communicated with an exhaust port of the directional switching valve, and the exhaust air passage 11 is provided with a spring support 14 for supporting a spring of the directional switching valve. A spring support hole 16 is provided in the spring support 14, and the spring support 14 is provided with air outflow holes 17, 18 communicated with the spring support hole 16. A female screw 20 is provided on the opposite side to the opening side of the spring support hole 16 of the spring support 14, and an air conditioning screw 21 is engaged with the female screw 20. A sound absorbing material 23 is fitted to the air conditioning screw 21, a cap covering the sound absorbing material 23 is provided, and a part of the cap 24 where the outer peripheral surface of the sound absorbing material 23 comes into contact is provided with an air outflow hole 25.
