PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary disc cutter with excellent sharpness in cutting by enhancing abrasive grain holding strength and suppressing clogging, while maintaining excellent cutting performance by increasing projecting amount of abrasive grains. SOLUTION: The abrasive grains 10 are continuously disposed on an outer peripheral end face 2a of a substrate 2. Aggregates 11 of abrasive grains aggregating the plurality of abrasive grains 10 are arranged at intervals in an island shape, that is, without mutually contacting, on an outer peripheral side surface 2b of the substrate 2. Regions where the abrasive grains 10 are not arranged are widely secured on the outer peripheral side surface 2b.
