PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine improving a taste of a game by devising a novel opening structure of an opening/closing member opening/closing a winning hole of a variable winning device. SOLUTION: The variable winning device 8 is provided with a mounting base having a recessed chamber 21 and an opening part 23 as the winning hole in the upper part of its inner side face 22, and the opening/closing member 28 journaled to the both sides inside the recessed chamber 21 and fitted in the recessed chamber 21. The opening/closing member 28 is provided with an opening/closing part 41 in the upper part of a shaft part and a guide part 42 in the lower part of the shaft part and, when the opening/closing member 28 is converted into an overturn state, or the second state, the opening/closing part 41 enters into the recessed chamber 21 to partition a winning area 55 and make it possible to guide a game ball guided by the guide part 42 therein, on the other hand, when the opening/closing member is converted into the erected state, or the first state, the opening/closing part 41 prevents the entering of the game ball into the winning hole 23, a wall part 45 is erected around the outer circumferential edge of the guide part 42 and, in the first state, the inside face of the wall part 45 is defined as a game ball rolling face.
