PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily put legs through leg opening parts and to solve various kinds of skin troubles at side parts due to excessive tightening by opening the leg opening parts widely when expanding a waist opening part and looking at the leg opening parts from an upper side in order to wear an underwear type disposable diaper. SOLUTION: In the disposable diaper, the front body F and the back body B of an external sheet 20 are connected at both side parts in the state of a product to form the waist opening part and a right and left pair of leg opening parts. In the structure of the disposable diaper, around waist elastic members 25, 26 and around leg elastic members 27, 28 are not extended to connecting parts on both sides where the front body F and the back body B are connected, and elasticity by the round waist elastic members 25, 26 and the around leg elastic members 27, 28 is not imparted in areas of a prescribed width inward from the connection parts.
