PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterile culture method and an apparatus for the same which can culture two or more objects to be cultured without fear of cross contamination. SOLUTION: In the sterile culture method, a sterile culture apparatus 1 is equipped with a working chamber 2 for carrying out a preparatory culture operation of the objects to be cultured and two or more culture vessels 3 for carrying out culture of the objects to be cultured, the working chamber and the predetermined culture vessel are sterilized with a sterilization gas from a sterilization device 6 before carrying out the preparatory culture operation, and are connected with each other by a connection means 4, after the object to be cultured is prepared by the preparatory culture operation in the working chamber, transfer the object to be cultured to the culture vessel by opening partitions 21b, 22b, separate the culture vessel from the working chamber after closing the partitions and culture the object to be cultured in the culture vessel.
